How do I get started with 6enigma?
Simply fill out our contact form or book a strategy call. We’ll understand your goals, set up your client-portal, and kickstart the editing process.
What is the client portal?
Our client portal is your personal dashboard. You can track project progress, review, request changes, and download final files.
How many revisions do I get?
Each project includes 2 free revisions. After that, revisions are charged based on your plan ($20–$30 for short-form, $40–$60 for long-form). This keeps the process smooth and efficient.
What if I don’t have professional footage?
No problem. We can work with what you have and enhance it with B-roll, stock footage, and motiongraphics to create a final product.
Do you provide scripts or content ideas?
Yes. While our main service is editing, we also guide clients on hook ideas, storytelling, and how tostructure content for maximum engagement.
How do I send large video files?
We’ll share a secure Google Drive/Dropbox link with you. You can upload your raw footage there, and oncewe receive it, we’ll handle everything from editing to delivery.
What’s the turnaround time?
- Short-form Standard → 1 day per video
- Short-form Premium → 2–3 days per video
- Long-form Standard → 2–3 days
- Long-form Premium → 5–6 days
Can I cancel anytime?
For monthly plans, you can cancel before the next billing cycle. For long-form projects charged per minute, you only pay for what’s completed.
Do you offer refunds?
Since editing is a creative service, we don’t offer refunds. But our revision system ensures you’re happy with the final result.

Do you edit in my style or yours?
Both. We adapt to your brand’s style and preferences or if you want, we can make new editing style to you.
